<p>Velocity Based Training (VBT)，就是這幾個單字縮寫來的訓練方法，以速度為基礎的訓練，文獻的翻譯是「速度依循訓練」。</p>



<p>常見的訓練菜單是Squat 3 x 8 x 80kg（動作名稱，組數x反覆次數x強度），然後再搭配不同的指令限制來達到不同的訓練目標或者效果。例如：下蹲慢一點（離心階段），上推快一點（向心階段），組間休息大約30-60秒等等之類的指令。</p>



<p>VBT訓練菜單的呈現如下：Squat cut-off training 5 x 30% x 80kg（動作名稱，組數x中斷訓練％x強度），其中比較特別的就是cut-off 30%的部分，意思是指在速度下降超過30%中斷該組訓練。其用意就希望每組每次反覆都可以在最大努力下進行，進而達到高效率訓練的目的。電腦說偷懶，比教練口中說偷懶應該更有說服力吧！</p>



<p>但在使用VBT訓練時，還是得先認識幾個參數：</p>

<p>對戰木柵高工的第二場資格賽，準備前往熱身時，背後聽到“請問是胡程鈞教練嗎？”</p>

<p>遞過來的一張名片，然後開始邊走邊聊的訪問，前後時間約莫不到五分鐘吧！而我也真不曉得是怎麼開始被注意到我這體能教練的小角色，就這樣從學生時代開始，聊到工作轉職又到現在的體能教練工作&#8230;直到賽後收操，又看見他跑來問到：「可以拍幾張照片嗎？」</p>



<p>後來留在場邊看比賽跟同事聊起來，才知道原來名片上的正是資深籃球記者“坤哥”！！！！！更驚奇的是，當天晚上晚上晚上就在HBL高中甲級聯賽的FB官方粉絲頁看到以下這篇文章！哇～好厲害的筆者！！！！（雖然有錯字，但還可以接受啦！）</p>

<p>去年的這時候，按照計畫應該是George哥破三，然後永婕破四！不料卻在過年期間滑雪旅遊時，把腓骨摔斷了！換句話說，永婕的破四計畫直接宣告泡湯，換來一場陽婆婆遊記，親上火線幫George哥加油吶喊！</p>

<p>一年後再度捲土重來，就在四個月前再度找上我來討論關於永婕破四的計畫，但一樣的難題是這段期間卡到過年連假包含海島、滑雪等旅行計畫&#8230;究竟旅行途中能不能維持訓練更是意志力的最大考驗！</p>



<p>在訓練前半段的累積階段，訓練上並沒有太大壓力，其實當時的訓練表現是高出預設計畫的，但世事總難預料；在其中一場滑雪旅行中，遇到高山暴風雪，回來居然支氣管發炎，咳個不停&#8230;訓練也因此再度調整節奏來應付突如起來的身體狀態。</p>



<p>這四個月中的訓練計畫中，每週跑量都維持在40-50公里之間，最高訓練量階段累積到65公里的距離跑量。穿插著輕鬆跑、配速跑、間歇跑、長距離跑、反覆速度衝刺等排列組合變化，好在永婕的訓練過程總有一個最嚴厲的班長督導，因此課表計畫有相當程度的完成度。</p>

<p>依照目前放假的狀態看來，會不會有後續BQ（距離目標還有10分鐘）等計畫產生&#8230;其實我也很好奇，就拭目以待吧！</p>

<p>Garmin首發潛水錶Descent Mk1 ，你認識了嗎？</p>



<p>早在先前瘋狂鐵人賽時期，就已經對Garmin系列手錶感到非常喜歡，不只具備跑步與騎車的紀錄功能後來還推出游泳的運動記錄，更整合鐵人三項運動記錄功能：同步紀錄心跳、跑步力學等運動參數紀錄，可視為鐵人運動的必備裝備之一。記得好幾次潛水，千辛萬苦的到海邊檢查裝備完成後，才猛然發現：「Ｘ！我怎麼是戴920來海邊。」於是就一直想著：為什麼Garmin沒有潛水電腦錶？明明具備戶外活動功能、GPS，以及足夠的防水技術但就是沒有潛水電腦錶呢？為什麼？為什麼？為什麼？～～～ps.又是一個緊貼著別人電腦錶上上下下的放呆了！</p>

<p>不過這問題已經在去年2018年獲得解答：Garmin Descent Mk1來了！</p>

<p>後來考取到PADI潛水長後，好多次不管是在岸上簡報後的提問，或岸上休息期間的閒聊，總是被問到：<br>教練～潛水電腦錶是孫透(Suunto)好？還是嘎米(Garmin)好？<br>教練～啊你手上戴的是Garmin還是Suunto？<br>教練～你有沒有推薦使用的潛水電腦錶？</p>



<p>在Garmin Descent MK1之前發行之前，通常我是直接推薦Suunto的D系列潛水電腦錶：因為他不單只有潛水參數的呈現，也具備平常生活電子錶功能，重點顏色選擇又多又好看；而且重點是，平常都在在手上，不會有忘記帶電腦錶的窘境發生，但就怕沒注意到電量提示，沒能及時拿回原廠保養換電池，在水下使用黑屏電腦錶＠＠（這我很懂！）</p>



<p>後來遇到Garmin Descent MK1之後，我手上Suunto DX的光芒被削弱不少。尤其我又是一個戶外咖，騎車跑步游泳都跟人家參一腳的我，更是期待Garmin這樣的新作，而且最最最大的吸引力在Garmin可以自己充電就好，不怕再遇到黑屏電腦錶囉（撒花）！</p>

<p>單就外觀上來看，Suunto DX的尺寸是略小於Garmin Descent MK1，顯示螢幕部分一樣由Garmin勝出。水下實際操作的使用，雖然顯示的參數大同小異，但是螢幕辨識度部分，可能是Garmin是彩色螢幕顯示，亮度調整對比較大，所以我覺得是Garmin看起來比較清楚些。</p>



<p>但因為Garmin可以顯示的參數相當多，除了潛水錶該有的深度、上升速度、體內餘氮累積、潛水時間、免減壓時間之外，還另外呈現當下的心跳、方位等其他參數。如此眾多的參數當然無法在單一畫面中呈現，因此原廠有一個獨特的雙觸螢幕自動換頁的設計（但我個人非常討厭），只要請拍螢幕兩下，就能輕鬆換頁找到想要的參數閱讀；但是這設計我覺得不很恰當，因為我在水下東摸西摸難免有些搖晃震動，當定位想再確認現在深度時，卻無法即時找到參數（點擊到快氣死），反而有點麻煩，不過還好這功能在設定裡頭是可以關閉的。</p>

<p>有使用過Garmin手錶的朋友應該會曉得Garmin connect的app，其實每隻Garmin手錶都是具備wifi與LBT的連線功能，只要事先跟手機配對或者設定wifi自動連線，就可以在手機附近或者已設定的wifi區域進行同步，只要一下下的功夫就可以在手機app裡看到最新的活動紀錄。</p>

<p>雖然Suunto也有一款專屬的軟體Suunto DM4，專門用來讓玩家們記錄自己的潛水日誌，但依照我個人懶惰經驗，大多潛過好幾支氣瓶後，才想到：啊～我來翻翻看我的紀錄！於是再拿出專屬傳輸線開啟電腦連結&#8230;&#8230;過程是相對麻煩的＠＠</p>



<p>再者看到app的介面差異，Garmin同時還會記錄到出入水點的GPS位置，還有心跳啊等等參數；但在Suunto就相對簡單地呈現出潛水過程深度、水溫、時間等潛水參數，就看各位看官兒們自己評估一下喜歡哪種介面，就任君挑選了唄～</p>



<p>其實SunntoDX也不是真的那樣一文不值拉，他可以業界首創結合封閉式循環氣體的潛水電腦手錶，而且可以搭配LED無線發射器使用，讓你在潛水過程中連同氣瓶資訊一併整合，不用在水下拿三用錶又看潛水錶，弄得手忙腳亂的情況。當初可是這些功能讓他價格貴桑桑啊！</p>



<p>以下我簡單表列出兩隻電腦錶的差異給大家參考～</p>

<p>單就以上簡單分享，其實問到我該怎麼挑選潛水電腦錶，其實還是得看各位自身需求。如果只是單純休閒潛水，其實很多SuuntoD系列潛水錶有都足夠大家選擇，而且還有很多顏挑選；但如果是戶外咖、三鐵迷的話，那Garmin絕對是你不能錯過的最佳夥伴。不過Garmin跟Suunto的戰爭絕對不會那麼輕易的分出勝負，因為新的SuuntoD5也隨著Garmin腳步即將問世；據說是有很多便民的更新設計，我還是繼續期待一下了！</p>

<p>形狀阻力：跟形狀差異有關的阻力。</p>



<p>物體在流體運動過程中（ps.水也是流體的一種，是一種黏滯度較高的流體）與運動方向垂直的截面積後方所形成的擾流（ps.流體中，擾流的壓力小於層流），造成物體在運動方向前後的壓力差，產生與運動方向相反的阻力，稱之為形狀阻力。看不懂對吧？這是我論文上擷取下來的ＸＤ</p>



<p>ex:下圖兩個自由式範例中，可知上者與水平夾角較小，腳後方產生的擾流區域也比較小；下者與水平夾角較大，腳後方產生的擾流區域也較大。依據上面那段看不大懂的說明可知，上者產生的形狀阻力小於下者。</p>

<p>表面摩擦阻力：水介質跟空氣介質都可以稱為流體，兩者的最明顯的差異就在於分子間的黏滯度。人體或衣物都一定有毛髮、纖維存在；以毛髮為例，毛髮之間許多的空隙就是水分子容易附著的位置，同時水分子與水分子之間的黏滯度就會影響到整體物體運動過程，稱為表面摩擦阻力。</p>

<p>早期的游泳賽，選手經常在比賽前剃光頭，刮鬍子、腳毛等，盡其所能的清除身上所有毛髮，使其呈現光滑表面，目的就在於降低表面摩擦阻力對於運動表現的影響；更甚至連自行車選手也會在賽前剔除自己的腿毛來達到降低空氣阻力。</p>



<p>近代選手已經少有這樣的習慣，因為泳裝、泳帽等器材上卓越的進步，例如泳裝的縫線設計、泳帽的剪裁設計，以及先前因為多起泳裝爆裂事件而被國際游泳協會FINA所禁用的鯊魚裝（科技泳裝）。</p>

<p>水波阻力：在水面上游泳時，因為水與運動中的人體碰撞產生水波，而水波與物體（人體）的作用與反作用力就是水波阻力。</p>



<p>在游泳比賽中，選手們出發或者轉身後不會立即浮出水面進行划手等動作，就是為了降低水波阻力的影響；因此游泳規則限制15公尺的最大滑行距離，目的就是為了避免選手鑽水波阻力的漏洞啊！</p>

<p>游泳池的設計方面，也有許多是為了減少水波生成的設計概念，例如：劃分每個水道的水道繩、加深深度的泳池、與水面高度等高的池畔排水設計等。</p>

<p>阻力部分就簡單說明到這囉！把握降低阻力原則可以游得更輕鬆省力，但如果想變快可能還需要其他條件努力。不過至少至少已經是美人魚可以拍出不狼狽的美照了拉！</p>
